This train-the-trainer program helps MLS trainers build a strong foundation in training design and facilitation, aligned with IACET standards. Participants will create and refine a lesson plan, practice delivery, and use adult learning strategies to design engaging, effective workshops with clear next steps for learners.

What to expect

How will I be participating?
During this in-person workshop, expect frequent, active participation for maximum impact! Collaborate with peers through the use of breakout groups and hands-on activities.

Please note, sessions will not be recorded.

After completing this workshop, learners will be able to:

 1. Write clear, measurable learning outcomes and use them to structure a lesson plan.
 2. Design engaging, applied training activities aligned to adult learning principles.
 3. Facilitate virtual or in-person training using strategies that support participation, feedback, and transfer to practice.
 4. Develop and refine a workshop lesson plan and materials for use with MLS learners.
