As the second part of our Successful Employee Onboarding series, the Successful Employee Onboarding: 02. Before They Start course reviews how to effectively bring on a new hire so they feel welcome. We'll start at the beginning and review the range of tasks that need to be completed before an employee's first day on the job. We'll also walk you through how to introduce your new hire to the team in a way that creates a welcoming environment. We'll address key questions new hires usually have before they start, so you can develop an effective onboarding program that ensures new hires feel comfortable and confident. This course includes a video presentation, downloadable supplementary material and a short quiz to test your knowledge.
