Overview
Kirsten Moorefield, co-founder and COO of Cloverleaf, describes curiosity as the key element to building self-awareness. To become more self-aware, you need to maintain a curious mindset. “When things don't go well… how do you lean into that with curiosity?” asks Kirsten. When we show people we are interested in what they have to say and listen actively by asking questions, they feel heard and seen. In turn, that builds a culture of trust and safety. By staying curious, we take ourselves outside of ourselves and work to understand how others think and feel. Watch the video to hear from Kirsten about cultivating curiosity for team harmony.

- Explain how curiosity builds trust and improves team communication
