Psychological Safety

Psychological safety refers to an environment where employees feel free to express ideas or issues, ask questions, take risks or make mistakes without the fear of being viewed or treated negatively. This course helps employees understand their role in helping to build an environment of psychological safety.

Topics covered are:

•  Recall ways to help colleagues express ideas, ask questions, and take risks in a psychological safe work environment
•  Recognize the warning signs of an environment that is not psychologically safe and what can be done to improve it
•  Identify the building blocks of a safe work culture

This course includes:

• Approximately 6 minutes of video lessons.
• A quiz with multiple-choice questions to check your understanding.
