Hiring a diverse workforce helps organizations understand and empathize with the diversity of the communities and customers they serve. Diversity also brings multiple perspectives and approaches, which ultimately enhances creativity and problem solving to successfully fulfill an organization’s mission. But to acquire a true diverse workforce, you need to look at your hiring practices.
