Touchpoints in Libraries: Cohort A

Touchpoints in Libraries is foundational professional development that supports effective family and caregiver engagement in libraries. Library staff can use Touchpoints to enhance their work with children, families, caregivers, and co-workers. This course consists of eight modules. Each module will take approximately 3 hours to complete (90-minute live session, 90-minute online work).
