Returning to Work After a Loss: When a Coworker Loses a Loved One is an elearning course that shows you how to support your colleague in a time of loss. Your coworker just returned to the office after losing a loved one. Everyone in the office is treading lightly and whispering, "Have you seen them?" and "What did they say?" and "What are we supposed to do?" In this course, we'd like to discuss with you how to meet the needs of your coworker while showing compassion and support to them during a difficult time.
