Introduction to SQL Training (Webucator Training)

This course by Webucator Training, provides a thorough introduction to SQL and shows you how to generate business reports from your relational database management system (RDBMS). The course begins by providing an overview of the history of SQL, how databases work, and common SQL statements. Then, you'll learn how to work with SQL, from creating reports with simple SELECT statements to writing queries to retrieve data from multiple tables.

The course also covers conditional processing with the CASE function and how to insert, update and delete records. This SQL course is applicable for use with all major databases, including Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL. Differences between databases will be pointed out where they exist.
