Effectively Teaching Employees: The Basics of Adult Learning (Madecraft)

Teaching employees can take many forms. You may be an HR business partner onboarding new employees or a manager trying to improve the performance of a struggling team member or even a new project manager trying to get the company to learn a new process.

In this course, Matt Gjertsen, former head of Training and Development at SpaceX, will walk you through many of the aspects that make teaching employees different from what you may have experienced in the past.
